Gaither Stephens is a passionate professional focused on addressing homelessness through the power of data and technology. After obtaining his Master's degree in Computer Information Systems from Boston University, he joined the Charlotte County Homeless Coalition as an HMIS data analyst. His dedication quickly led to a promotion to Chief Technology Officer, where he managed the HMIS for five years. Driven by innovation, Gaither founded his own data visualization company, transforming complex data into easily understandable visuals. Despite his entrepreneurial achievements, he remains devoted to his community in Charlotte County, Florida, serving on the board of directors for the Charlotte County Homeless Coalition. Residing in Punta Gorda, Gaither enjoys giving back to his community and loves participating in karaoke. His blend of professional expertise, community involvement, and zest for life make him an inspiring figure at the intersection of homelessness, data, and technology.
