It was an incredible experience exhibiting at the 2025 Innovations and Solutions for Ending Unsheltered Homelessness Conference hosted by the National Alliance to End Homelessness in Los Angeles. This year’s event brought together a diverse group of service providers, system leaders, and advocates, all dedicated to the vital cause of ending homelessness, under the central theme of “bringing people home”.
At Gaither Dynamic, we are committed to harnessing the power of data to drive decisions and deliver solutions that can transform communities. Our data dashboards are designed not only to address the challenges of homelessness but also to anticipate future needs and build sustainable support systems. Sharing our innovations at NAEH 2025 allowed us to connect with other leaders in the field and discuss new strategies and best practices.
One of the most heartfelt moments of the conference was reconnecting with my son, whom I had not spoken to in two years. His current experience with unsheltered homelessness in Los Angeles brought an even deeper personal connection to the work and discussions at NAEH. With the help of many, I spent the week tracking him down, and now we are taking steps to bring him home. This personal journey underscored the importance of the work we all do and the real impact it has on lives every day.
I have always held a deep respect for the National Alliance to End Homelessness and their unwavering commitment to innovative solutions in making homelessness rare, brief, and one-time. Being part of this year’s conference not only allowed me to share Gaither Dynamic’s contributions but also to learn from others, see familiar faces, and forge new partnerships.
